Job Title: Industrial Painter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in a manufacturing facility that specializes in painting structural steel. The primary responsibility will be using a spray gun to prep, prime, and paint metal beams according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize industrial painting and coating techniques to paint structural steel.
• Operate spray guns and perform HPLV (High Pressure Low Volume) painting.
• Prep and prime metal beams to meet customer specifications.
• Hand blast steel as required.
• Perform grinding and paint preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure quality and efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Experience with industrial painting and coating.
• Proficiency in using spray guns and HPLV painting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Work Environment

Experience a fast-paced work environment, largely open to the elements. The position operates on the 1st Shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime available starting at 4:30 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bath, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
