• Prepare vehicles and parts for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications
• Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and specialty finishes using proper painting techniques
• Inspect completed work to ensure a flawless finish and quality standards
• Maintain paint equipment, spray booths, and a clean, safe work environment
• Work closely with estimators, body technicians, and management to ensure timely repairs
