About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company through its next phase of growth. The CEO will define strategic direction, drive business expansion, build high-performing teams, strengthen investor relationships, and ensure operational excellence while fostering an innovative and customer-centric culture.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, raising capital, and leading cross-functional executive teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, strategy, and business objectives.
• Lead organizational growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and new business initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead executive leadership teams.
• Establish KPIs and monitor company performance against strategic goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and capital allocation.
• Present business performance and strategic initiatives to the Board of Directors and investors.
• Lead fundraising activities, investor relations, and M&A opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, inclusion, and high performance.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, customer meetings, media events, and public engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of executive leadership experience.
• Previous experience as CEO, President, COO, or senior executive.
• Demonstrated success in scaling startups or high-growth organizations.
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning expertise.
• Experience managing P&L and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Proven fundraising and investor management experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to lead distributed and remote teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, AI, FinTech, Healthcare, Cybersecurity, or Technology sectors.
• Experience leading organizations through rapid growth or digital transformation.
• IPO, acquisition, or venture-backed startup experience.
• Strong network within the venture capital and private equity ecosystem.
