Benefits: * 401(k) + matching * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Flexible schedule * Paid time off & training * Employee discounts * Opportunities for advancement * Professional development support Responsibilities * Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lot and vehicles * Drive vehicles to designated areas within the lot * Detailing/washing customer vehicles prior to delivery * Assisting the Sales department with making sure deliveries are ready for the customer at time of pick up. * Offsite deliveries to customers who are unable to pick up in person. Requirements * Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining a clean and organized lot * Previous experience in car wash, or custodial work is preferred * Must have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record * Physical ability to clean and move vehicles as required Schedule: * Expected hours: 40 hours per week * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Location: * Must be able to commute to Highland MI Don’t miss your chance to join the Szott Team—where hard work and fun go hand-in-hand!
