About Us

Mangone Law Firm, LLC is a New Jersey-based immigration law firm that has been dedicated since 2012 to helping new Americans obtain legal status in the U.S. We proudly represent immigrants nationwide and are fully committed to excellence in customer service — deeply understanding our clients’ challenges and genuinely caring about their outcomes. We’re fueled by a strong corporate culture and clear core values. We’re prepared for a bright future and we’re looking for talented people who want to grow professionally and never settle for stagnation.

We are looking for a motivated, passionate, hard-working individual to become our new Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (English-Spanish).

Requirements

As an Immigration Staff Attorney, you’ll be part of our frontline legal team serving clients in some of the most vulnerable positions. You’ll handle a full caseload, meet directly with clients, and work closely with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to deliver excellent legal service and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Strategy: Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for each client, aligning them with their unique legal circumstances.
  • Quality Control: Meticulously review application packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
  • Team Leadership: Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate and timely document delivery.
  • Client Representation: Conduct exhaustive initial reviews to identify legal issues and represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews before USCIS.
  • Administrative Support: Serve as "Attorney of the Day," providing legal guidance to the team and attending operational meetings.
  • Participate in the Consultation Day Events.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must have an active U.S. Bar license.
  • Experience: 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS).
  • Languages: Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with native or fluent proficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal).
  • Mindset: A growth-oriented "can-do" attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Workload: 45 to 50 hours per week.

Benefits

What we offer you:

  • Competitive Salary: And a mission-driven work environment.
  • Celebrate your 90-day milestone with eligibility for our merit-based bonus program.
  • Purpose-Driven Culture: Be part of a team that genuinely supports one another and is committed to making a difference.
  • Ongoing Development: Access to continuous training and professional growth opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and life insurance plans.
  • Financial Security: 401(k) with employer matching, and a pension plan.
  • Profit Sharing.
  • Paid Leave: Enjoy paid time off, holidays, and sick leave.
  • Education Support: Tuition reimbursement.
  • Bar membership renewal coverage.
  • Meaningful Work: Your efforts will directly help families stay together and find safety.
