Job Description

  • Bring experience as a Director of Finance or similar role 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 

  • High proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) 

  • Own all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting 

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making 

  • Collaborate with leadership on business planning and growth initiatives 

  • Oversee cash flow management and optimize capital allocation 

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and compliance with tax laws 

  • Lead financial audits and manage relationships with external accounting partners 

  • Implement scalable processes for tracking expenses, revenue, and KPIs 

  • Support hiring and departmental budgeting decisions with financial clarity 

  • Build and manage a small internal finance team as the firm grows
